The Servant's Heart Corp's
mission is to assist our neighbors that are homeless, especially Veterans and seniors 55+, to achieve long-term self-sufficiency by providing supportive and life-sustaining services to those on the street.
Our vision is to help address the needs of the homeless in Fort Collins, Colorado, and beyond.
